My build is a 1999 jeep Cherokee restoration with a 5.3 Ls swap. The goal of the build was to make it a great weekend cruise not so much for off roading. I wanted to maintain a relatively mild exterior appearance in comparison to other xj builds. But have a what in the world is going on next me at the stop light sound.
Key characteristics being keep it clean straight uncut body to help maintain the factory appearance but with a 6inch lift and some 285/70/17r.
The restoration portion of the build is for the interior and minor exterior work to bring this thing back.
The main modification is the 5.3 ls swap and 4l80e transmission. With a complete shaved engine bay painted to match and completely wire tucked. This is a built top end 5.3 lm7 with a tsp Stage 3 truck cam, ls3 intake,92mm throttle body. 850cc injectors, ictbillet accessories, speed engineering s10 swap headers, Novak motor mounts, custom 3inch stainless exhaust, merging into 3inch carven exhaust xpipe into dual carven TR mufflers, holley drop in retro fit fuel pump, Custom 6inch suspension. 2011 jk Dana 44 rear end swap,Custom adams drive shaft, stage 2 4l80 rebuild. Circle d 3200 stall billet converter. Engine management is Holley terminator x max.
Interior is all custom factory re dyed black, black suede headliner, Boss double din radio, rare factory over head console, rough country seat covers, custom sub enclosure, JL audio mono block amp
