Took Dale in on a trade and he was in pretty bad shape. Didn't know if he ran, stopped, or even rolled. He came to life after a tune up and new battery that lead to some over heating issues due to a suspected head gasket. Head was removed, decked and put back on with new gaskets. During the head reinstall we removed two broken manifold bolts and replaced them with proper factory studs and all new gaskets. Dale has had the heater valve and wet manifold bypassed. Dale is a diving project as he is used to commute to work and back. Upcoming projects include a 4x4 swap, new transmission and TC, and a spring over axle conversion. Dale is currently awaiting a new gas tank and fuel sending/pump unit.
