The “Project Crawlmeister” is an off-road build, and exploration project, building a no-compromise, effective, real Jeep. For my project I chose a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, I wanted to have the “last of the JK’s” and I’m building it in the spirit of the original Jeeps. The Wrangler comes with a manual transmission, manual door locks, manual windows, and a soft top. I wanted to keep it as analog as possible. The build will focus on function > form, meaning that all parts are chosen explicitly for their off-road effectiveness and high build quality.
