This is a 1998 Jeep TJ wrangler we picked up on a roadtrip, completely stock. It had a 4 cylinder engine that was blown so we immediately disassembled the entire jeep and sold the trans, transferase, axles and some other stock stuff. I cut the back half and the front half of the frame off and custom built the front and rear section for more up travel. I built an LQ9 with a 4L80E and an Atlas transfercase.
The engine has flat top pistons, 706 heads with dual valve springs, Brian Tooley cam, Mast Motorsports oil pan and a Melling oil pump. The axles are 2005 Ford Super Duty axles. On the front we did Jesse Haines high steer arms, PSC hydro assist, 35 spline shafts, Yukon Zip Locker with 5:13 gears. The rear Sterling has a Motobilt Truss, 35 spline shafts, Yukon Zip locker with 5:13 gears. I bought the Motobilt 4 Link Kit for the TJ and converted it to a 3 link front. I used 2.5x14" Radflow coilovers along with Radflow bumps. Built a custom roll cage, custom center console, and put in some PRP seats. I painted the green tub a custom maroon color after putting on the Motobilt corners. 43x14.50r17 Interco Super Swampers, 17x8.5 Racine Monster Beadlocks
