Billys Goat was a build I started on a stock 2000 XJ, March 2020 during Covid lockdown, for something to do. As the build progressed, my father ( Billy ) passed away in May 2020. Since he enjoyed hunting/fishing and 4 wheeling, the name presented itself as a tribute in his memory.
