Becoming Beowulf

A 2006 Jeep Wrangler LJ Unlimited Rubicon 4WD 2dr 4x4 LWB build by @Bobby McCloskey

I had been in the market for a Jeep and knew I wanted an LJR. I found it 3 miles from where I live back in June of 2009 at a dealership. 43k miles, white and every option available in 2006. I brought it home and started my “build”. I could never pin down a name for it for a long while. I’m still not 100% sold on Beowulf but it’s growing on me! The Jeep has changed forms a few times over the years from being somewhat stock to adding the 3.5” lift and 315/75R16 bfg’s, to having a Gobi rack, to where it sits now on 37’s and highline fenders... Future plans include raptor lining the inner tub, custom long arms, maybe a 4” rear stretch, full cage, full aluminum rear corner armor painted white to match, and built jk rubicon axles
