I bought this JK with the one tons already under it, stock motor and manual trans and some old pitbull tires. Since the last revision of the Jeep, the only thing from the original Jeep I purchased is the front axle housing, the hood, the dash and 3 feet of frame section under the doors. We did a Motobilt back half kit to accommodate the rear 14" coil overs and the rear stretch. We also did a custom front frame section to raise the frame for more up travel. You'll notice the frame is cut up into the grill because we raised it up probably 3-4 inches. We installed an LQ4 6.0 LS engine, a 4L80E transmission and an Atlas 2 transfercase. The front and rear axles have 5:38 gears and Yukon Zip lockers. We got some of our favorite 43x14.50r17 sticky Super Swampers from Interco and 17" Raceline Monster beadlocks. We finished the Body off with Motobilt Crusher fenders (modified some front ones to go on the rear), motobilt rocker guards, custom tube rock sliders, custom rear corners, motobilt front and rear bumpers and a Warn winch up front. We added some KC rock lights, headlights, ditch lights and bumper lights to do some night wheeling. The build is still far from being done but that's what's done as of now.
